These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and SMONE (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the shop.smone.me website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

SMONE operates as a reseller of digital goods, which include but are not limited to software license keys, account subscriptions, activation codes, and digital credits.

We are not the developers, authors, or publishers of the products we sell. All products are provided subject to the terms and conditions and the End-User License Agreement (EULA) of the original software developer or service provider (e.g., JetBrains, Microsoft, Adobe, etc.). It is your responsibility to review and comply with any applicable EULA.

4. Purchases and Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. All payments shall be made through our designated secure payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase.

5. Product Delivery & Refund Policy

All products are delivered electronically as detailed in our Delivery Policy. All sales are considered final. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as strictly outlined in our Refund Policy. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms of these policies.

In no event will SMONE or its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or the products purchased from the site.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of United Kingdom.
